As a Personal Resources Manager you use your energy to create from what is available to you.
A Personal Resources Manager shapes his life knowing: ” Do what you always did: get what you always got!”
A Personal Resources Manager particularly loves to seriously play with creativity..
The Personal Resources Manager is practising the use of his creativity ever since you were born. Every day, when he desires something, he investigates what he has access to and how he can combine that to achieve what he wants. He trusts that whatever he needs, can be created out of whatever is available. The Personal Resources Manager has a passion for using and re-using things and loves experimenting to see how it can serve him, to express his creativity just as well as satisfying his ever changing needs. He finds it a joy to challenge his abilities to make new combinations, see new ways of using old things. Being a Personal Resources Manager is fun. Being a Personal Resources Manager is instantly rewarding. Being a Personal Resources Manager is his life.
You can be a Personal Resources Manager
The fact that the Personal Resources Manager is practising his moves ever since you were born is no coincidence. It’s because it’s a metaphor for YOU. You have this beautiful body, mind and soul to move wherever you want, however you want, literally and as a figure of speech. If you find life amazingly beautiful, full of opportunities and rewarding and you feel happy and confident about the steps you take, you are probably a Personal Resources Manager. But maybe you feel that your life is not moving anywhere, or constantly in the same pattern to the same tune? Do you feel ‘ stuck and stale’ and you are not happy with it........? If the latter is the case and you feel attracted to being a Personal Resources Manager, then ask yourself this:“ Am I seeing the opportunities in all the resources I have access to? Do I feel I can create whatever it is I desire, at any given time? “ If that is not yet the case... Do you feel, in this very moment reading these lines, restless movements in your diaphragm? Could it be that the Personal Resources Manager in you is , right as we speak, going through your inner material to assess what can be used to create something you really want to have or experience? Do you feel he’s eager to show you how he looks at all things wondering how else it can be put to good use? Eager to explain to you how cycling and re-cycling is a creative and satisfying way to live freely and happily? You can create what your need in your life! All it takes is opening your eyes to the alternative possibilities of all things . Are you worried:” I am not creative!” or “ I don’t know how to re-use what I have available” ? Or are you slightly exited and curious:” Do you really think that I can learn to create whatever it is that I need out of whatever I have available to live freely and happily too?” If a part of you is indeed curious and you want to look into it some more... take a deep breath, say out loud that you are curious what example of his abilities The Personal Resource Manager can create right now to guide you to taking your first creative steps as a Personal Resources Manager, in a conscious Energetic Sound Transaction. It may feel wobbly at first, but you can rest at any time you like. If you practise your creativity every day in the amount of time you like, you will increase your abilities to compare your desires to the (new) possibilities for anything you have available and create what you need out of it.
The products of your creativity will be more and more enchanting to yourself and other people will be pleased to watch it too. They may even decide to join you in being a Personal Resources Manager. Being a Personal Resources Manager, making Energetic Sound Transactions, pays off in joy and happiness, wherever you decide to go. Would you like to play with the tools a Personal Resources Manager uses, every day?
The tools a Personal Resources Manager
Making Energetic Transactions always involves investing time and energy.
Making Sound Energetic Transactions always involves making a proper clear connection between two (or more) parties and making satisfying enjoyable arrangements on sharing the resources ‘ time and energy’.
Every person has a set of tools available to use, helpful ( when used wisely obviously) to help sorting out the transactions: to open up streams of energy and also to keep the energy flowing.
Tools you can use are for instance: your imagination, your intuition, wonderment, courage, playfulness and understanding.
The Personal Resources Manager has a preference to use every day the tool of ‘creativity’ .
According to the Personal Resources Manager: “If you do what you always did, you’ll get what you always got” He knows that all it takes is to look for alternatives in the things that are available, to be able to create satisfying new things and events. There are two important approaches you might like to use too:
Switch your position
Am I limiting myself?
creativity suggestion 1: am I limiting myself? The Personal Resources Manager knows that with creativity, it is possible to see and create new options and things, beyond the obvious. A Personal Resources Manager knows that the resources that are available, have more possibilities than just the ones that have been used before. For example... a T-shirt can be used as a T-shirt, but if needs be.. makes a fine cloth, or a hat to protect your head from the sun, something to fill a gap with, it may serve as a bag, etc, etc.... Al it takes is to consider that a T-shirt has more possibilities than chest-wear only. Also, the Personal Resource Manager knows that with creativity, he can get access to resources that are invisible, at the moment. He needs a tool that he hasn’t himself? Maybe the neighbour has one he can borrow. He doesn’t have to limit himself to the thought that he needs to own things, in order to be able to enjoy them. Sometimes even the Personal Resource Manager feels ‘ stuck’ when he needs something and he can’t think of how it can becomes available for him to use.. Rather than thinking ‘ too bad... what I need is not there’, he asks himself:” Am I limiting myself?” With this question, he takes a good look at the things he is considering as a solution. Is there a pattern in it that is indicating that he is only looking in a certain direction? For example... He needs something for a DIY job and he is considering all kinds of wood he has in his shed, but none seems to do the trick. With the question:” Am I limiting myself?” he may see that he is only looking for solutions ‘inhisshed’ . He may remember than that there is a piece of wood in his car that might do the trick, outside his shed. Or, if he notices that he is limiting himself to the material of ‘ wood’, he may consider that this piece of metal he has in his shed is precisely the right size! He says he likes to have unlimited options, he means he likes to have unlimited options, so whenever he sees he is actually limiting his own options... he looks at it and looks beyond them!
creativity suggestion 2: Switch your position The question:” Am I limiting myself?” opens up to creative ideas beyond the limits. The Personal Resource Manager also uses a special tool to be creative within limits.
If he experiences a limitation and he doesn’t really like that, and small happy and confident efforts to improve the situations don’t lead to desired effects and the tension is building up.... he switches his ( mental) position. He knows that going down the route of frustration about situations will change little about the situation, but will have great impact on his beloved creativity and happiness and confidence. So he actively steps away, using his creativity, happiness and confidence from this mental position where he is looking in a certain direction, wanting a certain solution to appear. He wonders :” What is the mental position I am in at the moment that I don’t particularly like?” and then he actively moves to the opposite field. So is he labelling the represent ant of bureaucracy as ‘ unhelpful’ because he isn’t doing what the Personal Resources Manager had in mind? He actively labels the person in front of him as ‘helpful’ and asks him if he sees any alternatives to move into the desired solution. Does he label some of his own traits and behaviour as not contributing to his own happiness? And is that making him feel even more miserable if he realizes that? He can change his mental position on the matter. By wondering:” How DO these traits contribute to my happiness?” he starts looking at them from a position of ‘ valuable’ and in finding clues on how these do serve him... he feels much better about them. From that position it is much easier to evaluate if he feels he is willing to make changes, to go to even more value. That mental position will open him up for ideas. Does he feel that there is something missing in his life? If he is on the mental position of:” Something is missing... I am unhappy.. unfulfilled... my life is horrible.. I don’t know where to go.. where to turn.. I don’t even know what is missing.. poor me” then he will probably stay there for a while. But if he goes to the mental position of:” Something is missing..... hurrah.. an opportunity to use my creativity to find out what it is and do something about it... lucky me”.. changes are he feels much better about the fact that something is missing and he doesn’t know what it is... . In that state of mind, he is more likely to see what is missing and see solutions in the desired direction. He recognises the spiritual insights about yin and yang: in anything or any event.... opposite sides co- exist. If you miss one side.. simply go there, look actively at it.. and you’ll perceive it. And whatever gets attention grows.. so if you were missing what you didn’t see... actively shining your inner focus on what you want to experience.... will give you more of that.. what seemed to be missing. In a way , it is also an exercise in ‘ am I limiting myself?’ : Am I limiting myself in looking only at just the downsides of something, somebody or an event? The Personal Resources Manager smiles, knowing that creativity is limitless.
